I’m running for County Clerk because Yamhill County deserves elections that are accurate, transparent, and error-free. Yamhill County has given me so much, I want to give back by sharing my project management, communication and technical skills to make our elections the best they can be.
I bring years of experience in compliance and quality control at Intel, and I believe the Clerk’s office must be run with that same level of discipline. My work couldn't afford errors and neither can our elections.
My Priorities
Following best practices means adopting the same proven procedures used by high-performing election offices across Oregon and the country. When we implement methods that are already tested and reliable, we reduce risk, improve accuracy, and protect results.
The Clerk’s office is the gatekeeper of trust in our local democracy. Transparency and strict process are how we demonstrate that every ballot is treated with care and every result can be believed.
Improving accuracy begins with tightening every step of the election process, from ballot design and proofing, to chain-of-custody, to tabulation checks. When each stage is audited and verified before moving forward, accuracy becomes the default, not the exception.
